I offer individual one to one coaching & mentoring to staff members who are experiencing difficulties or who simply want to expand their skills set and mindset. Staff have found that having an independent ‘sounding board’ can be extremely helpful for truly reflective practice.
I have successfully worked with The Heys School (Aston Under Lyme) to support them with staff development and personal growth. They had this to say about my work:
